Implementation Services are where the
physical security program is put into practice on the client site. We assist our clients in implementing
programming and design solutions into their facility and/or organization,
acting as their owner’s representative
for this portion of their project.
This begins with development of professional
specification and operational documents and soliciting competitive bidding, and
can continue through on-site project management, final system commissioning, and
user training, including:
